Let’s Talk About It…The Power Of Healing is a support group for victims male or female of sexual assault. Our focus is on any victim that was affected as a child, teen, or adult. We found as victims ourselves that talking about our experience helps us heal as individuals. Having a judgement free zone where you have the freedom to express your feelings and not be judged. It helps heal the body. We focus on self-esteem building, self-awareness and making awareness to the community that this happens more than you think. This support group is for victims to come and be amongst others in similar situations and have activities to help heal.
