DTF Gang Sheet Builder

Winfree Apparel is excited to bring to you custom DTF transfers. You now have the ability to have your artwork printed as a DTF transfer, taking away the hassle of vinyl weeding! Choose to have 1 or 1000 transfers printed. We do not have a minimum or limit!

All of our custom DTF transfers are offered as single transfers or gang sheets.

Processing Times:

• General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers and gang sheets is 1-3 business days from the time your artwork is approved. Artwork can take up to 48 hours for approval. This time frame is subject to change with any higher than expected demand.
  

Requirements:

• Artwork MUST be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept. Should your artwork not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order. 
• Artwork should be ganged within the size parameters that you have chosen.
  
• Artwork should be sized to the size you are wanting within the size parameters you have chosen. We will not edit or resize any artwork submitted for this product listing.
• Images will be printed AS-IS. Please ensure your artwork is PRINT-READY as we will not offer refunds for printed artwork. We will not crop, edit, change colors etc.
  
• Winfree Apparel does offer artwork services for a fee. You may contact us at sales@winfreeapparel.com to discuss your custom artwork.
  
• By uploading a file for print you are certifying that you have the rights to print the design. Winfree Apparel takes no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement and reserve the right to refund a print at our discretion. 

What is a DTF Transfer?

DTF transfers are a type of garment transfer that has been printed using a water-based DTF ink printed onto a clear release paper. This allows you the flexibility of when the transfer is applied and what the transfer is applied to. DTF transfers can be made in single color or full color images.

Application Instructions***

All Winfree Apparel DTF transfers require the use of a commercial grade heat press due to the high, even pressure that is needed for correct application. Home irons will not work.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

• Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove excess moisture.
  
• Place the transfer on the shirt – white side down, image facing up.
• Press at 325°F for 15 seconds under very firm pressure.
• Remove the garment from the press and let it stand until it is cool.
• Peel the cool sheet away from the image.
  
• Cover the image with parchment paper and press again for 15 seconds. You can use a Teflon sheet, butcher paper, or another Tshirt which is our preferred method.

***Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, and re-peel the film.

Care Instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. No softener. Do not dry clean or iron. Tumble dry low.

*These settings are recommendations only and will greatly depend on your heat press. If you are not familiar with pressing DTF transfers, we recommend completing a few test presses to ensure the correct temperature, time and pressure for your heat press.
