You are purchasing a direct to film transfer that requires a heat press to apply the design on a garment.

If this is your first time ordering from Winfree Apparel and/or you’re working with different types of fabric, We recommend ordering our SAMPLE transfers package with your order, so that you can determine the optimal time, temperature and pressure settings for your transfers as each heat press does vary.

The film is a “COLD PEEL” Transfer film which means the film needs to be completely cooled down before attempting to peel the film away from the T-shirt after Heat Pressing the design. Refer to the How to Press section for more detailed instructions…

Shipping

Transfers are shipped directly from Atlanta, GA ( USA ) using FEDEX, UPS or USPS depending on best shipping costs. 

Material

Water based DTF pigment ink printed on high quality DTF polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not offered, however if there is a damage or defect to the transfer sheet please contact us at sales@winfreeapparel.com.  Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued for poor use of heat press.
